Obviously missing, correct? How many of you remember the long black wrought iron water fountains that continually sprouted water as we played in the huge JS Jenks schoolyard? I remember them well, and their continual supply of fresh water. But on July 26th, 2003 when I took this photograph, I noticed that they had both been removed. The light colored brick rectangle in the center section of this photo, reveals the place where the original water fountain was mounted.
    Well, I'm sure that technology was condemned, long ago, however it worked well for us. Does anyone have a photo of the original water fountains? I hope someone does and will send it in. In the meantime, perhaps a graphic reconstruction is in order.
