Hi Everyone. Say Hello to Vanessa Gaines from the Class of '77 whom I am very glad to
hear from. Vannessa wrote in (a while back actually) from Honolulu, Hawaii where she
is enjoying retirement as a Retail Merchandiser. Vannessa, thanks for writing in, and
sorry for the delay in posting.
I visited Honolulu in 2008 with my family and found it to be fantastic.
We climbed Diamond Head, Visited North Beach and Turtle Beach, where hundreds of tourists
bothered innocent turtles trying to catch some sun on the beach. We went to the Palace,
and to the USS Arizona, a moving experience for me.
I sure hope to visit there, again. Thanks for writing, -- Michael
