back to top		 My name was Carol Lamb, I was in the class of 1955 and started at Jenks when I was in kindergarten, so I am thinking that was 1946, Mrs. Patterson was my teacher. I have many fond memories of the nine years I spent there, do they ever have reunions? I would love to attend one. I am now a retired teacher and am living in Lancaster County, Pa. I found this website after reading an article about a site called "phillyhistory.org" in my local newspaper, I couldn't believe my picture and class were posted on the web. I hope to hear from other members of my class, as I get older I think more and more about the past.

back to top		 Barbara, I just found this site and my past is coming back to me, I am Carol Lamb Vogt and I remember traveling down to your house by trolley car. I lived at 8106 Germantown Ave. Were you part of that group we had called the "Creepy Crazy Cool Cat Club?" Carol

back to top		 The year I graduated, 1955, Mrs. Morse became Mrs. Chapell, we all thought this was very mysterious. I remember my graduation dress was pink Dotted Swiss, the dots were blue. I still have that picture. I learned so much about cooking and sewing from her, I wish I could have talked to her before she passed away. Carol Lamb Vogt

back to top		 I loved Miss Wholey's 4th grade class, she took us on so many wonderful field trips throughout Phila. I learned to love history, especially the city where I was born. That year we put on a play set in the time of George Washington ,where dressed in powder wigs and long hooped skirts, we performed the minuet. After having taught for thiry some years myself, I can appreciate the field trip endeavors. Carol Lamb Vogt class of 1955
